Now then, I am Sarah Delaney a freshly-qualified graphic designer living and working in the beautiful city of York, England. Originally a shandy-drinking southerner I relocated ‘oop north’ some seven years ago.


I am finally fulfilling my life ambition of becoming a graphic designer after many years of denial and number-crunching. Two years ago I decided enough was enough and plucked up the courage to go part-time and embark upon a college course to learn graphic design.


During my studies I have acquired lots of really useful new skills in packages like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Flash that I am eager to develop further.  More recently I have learned about building themes in WordPress using HTML and CSS in the construction of this website.


Career-wise I am still a bit undecided which area of graphic design that I want to specialise in, and I am currently looking for a part-time internship to gain some more experience.  I hope you like my work and please feel free to contact me.
